India successfully launched its third lunar mission, Chandrayaan-3, aboard the Launch Vehicle Mark-3 (LVM-3) rocket. The momentous event took place at 2.35 p.m. on Friday at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, generating immense pride among Indians and receiving congratulatory messages from around the globe.

The launch attracted a vast audience of enthusiastic spectators who eagerly watched the rocket’s ascent. An extraordinary view of the liftoff was captured from the window of an airplane en route from Chennai to Dhaka. Dr. P V Venkitakrishnan, Director (retired) of ISRO Materials and a Rocket Manufacturing Expert, shared the video on Twitter.
