Delhi Police uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to identify a murder victim found beneath the Geeta Colony Flyover. Faced with an unrecognizable face, the police used AI to simulate how the deceased would appear with open eyes, aiding in identification.
After creating and distributing AI-enhanced posters, a caller identified the victim as Hitesh. The police then uncovered a dispute between Hitesh and three youths, leading to his murder. The investigation revealed that the three youths had strangled Hitesh and enlisted a woman to hide evidence.
The innovative use of AI by the Delhi Police played a crucial role in solving this case, showcasing the potential of technology in law enforcement.
