Students to Get Fast Access in Delhi Metro Amid CBSE Exams.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has announced special steps to help students who are appearing for the CBSE board exams in 2026. The exams started on February 17 and will continue till April 10.
DMRC said many students travel across Delhi during the exam period. To make their travel easy, extra staff and better crowd control have been planned at metro stations.
DMRC is working with the Central Industrial Security Force so that the rush on exam days can be handled in a smooth way.
Students who carry their CBSE admit cards will get first entry at security checks. They will also get priority while buying tickets from Ticket Office Machines and from Customer Care centres across the metro network.
Dedicated announcements will be played at metro stations so that students can travel without confusion and reach their exam centres on time
The Central Board of Secondary Education Class 10 and Class 12 exams began on February 17 and will end on April 10, 2026.
