Man arrested for filming 15 yrs old girl in bathroom, POCSO Act slapped.

A recent story is gaining a lot of attention online and in the news. It happened at a farmhouse in the Kapashera area of Delhi.
A 15-year-old girl went to take a bath and felt like someone was watching her. She quickly called the police to report it. The police arrived quickly and arrested the suspect, Anup Kumar, a 25-year-old gardener working at a nearby farmhouse.
When the police checked Anup’s phone, they found several videos of girls that he had secretly recorded. After looking into his background, the police discovered that Anup Kumar is from Sitapur and has been involved in similar activities for a while.
Anup Kumar is now in police custody and has been charged under Section 77 of the BNS Act and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.
