Leopard found dead in Delhi’s Alipur; Road Accident Likely Cause.

In a somber turn of events, a lifeless leopard was discovered on NH44 near Khatushyam Mandir within the jurisdiction of Alipur police station in Delhi. The distressing find unfolded after the Police Control Room (PCR) received an alert at 4 am on Wednesday.

Responding swiftly to the call, the police team reached the location to find the deceased leopard, with initial investigations hinting at a probable traffic accident as the cause.

Taking custody of the leopard’s remains, the Forest Department has assured that essential measures are underway to address the situation. The specifics of further actions are being diligently looked into.

In a separate incident, a hospital in Nandurbar Taluka, Maharashtra’s Shahada, witnessed an unexpected visitor on Tuesday when a leopard entered the premises. Fortunately, a dedicated team from the Forest department managed to successfully rescue the leopard, averting a potentially dangerous situation.
